The Employment (Amendment) Act 2022 has come into effect on 1 January this year, which saw several landmark improvements being made to further enhance the welfare of employees nationwide.

To ensure the awareness of our employees of the enhancement, we have recently organised a briefing on the Employment (Amendment) Act 2022. The briefing was conducted by representatives from the Department of Labour, Mohd Faisalfariz Baharudin and Norsiati Nordin.

Our aim was to ensure that all of our employees are well-versed in their rights as well as protection provided to them under the act. The briefing received overwhelming support from our employees, both from the head office and our operation units nationwide.
