We place the utmost priority on the safety and health of our people, and have various systems in place to keep our workplaces safe.

In addition to safety policies and procedures, we provide training to all our workers to ensure they are able to carry out their daily functions safely.

Our safety trainings conducted for workers, among others, include chemical application and safety handling, fire rescue, first aid and emergency response.

To maintain a high level of safety in our plantations, each estate and mill has its own Safety and Health Committee to administer and monitor all related safety and health issues.  These committees meet every quarter to deliberate on safety issues and discuss ways to enhance safety performance.

Our ultimate objective is to achieve zero accidents and cultivate a safety mindset throughout our operations.
