As basic as communication can be, it is a vital management component to any organisation. This was the gist of the teambuilding module held yesterday at our Management Retreat 2022 for peninsula region.

Throughout the session, participants took part in activities that gave emphasis on the element of communications including listening, questioning and understanding instruction.

While the session was enjoyable, it carried one important message to all – a mishap in communication could spell disaster for any organisation.
